The Southern Sociological Society (SSS) Executive Office is seeking graduate and undergraduate student volunteers for the SSS 2025 Annual Meeting from April 9-12, 2025, in Charlotte, NC. This is a great opportunity to support the conference, gain professional experience, and receive free registration for the meeting!
Volunteers will be assigned to one shift that is two hours and fifteen minutes long either helping people check in for the event at the pre-registration and registration tables or assisting with the poster session setup/tear-down.
In recognition of your support of the event, the SSS Executive Office will provide a discount code for you to register for the conference for free. There is a question in the form linked below to indicate if you have already registered for the conference, which we can provide a refund for if you are assigned a volunteer spot. You are still responsible for your membership fees.
