Greetings SSSers,
We are pleased to introduce the new cohort of Advocates for the 2026 SSS meeting in Jacksonville, Florida.
Advocates are available to support anyone who experiences harassment during the annual meeting or in other SSS spaces, including committee check‑ins, by offering information, resources, and assistance. They also serve as a confidential, supportive presence for individuals who are not yet ready to file a report.
Advocates can be contacted directly using the flyer below or by submitting a report through the QR code, which links to our Google form.
For awareness, form submissions are received by the committee chair, who then connects the reporter to an Advocate, executive leadership, or local authorities, depending on the nature of the concern and the reporter’s preferences.
While we hope no one will need to use these services, we are grateful to have this dedicated team in place.
