The deadline to pre-register for the conference has been extended to March 6th at midnight (EST).
Beginning on March 7th, registration fees will increase for all membership categories. Additionally, this is also the deadline for refunds – there will be no refunds given after March 6th.

If you are unsure about your membership and registration status, you can go to your SSS Membership Portal (here) and check. You can click “See my past purchases” under “E-Store” on the left-hand side after you log in to make sure your membership and registration are up-to-date.

The cut-off date for booking with the conference rate ($199/night) is now Monday, March 16th, at 5:00 pm EST. While you can book a room after this date, you will pay higher rates.
